Deering Works Canvas Department
Female factory workers stand around long tables in the canvas department at International Harvester's Deering Works Canvas Department. Canvas is piled in rolls beneath the tables and folded in large stacks. The canvas was likely used for grain binders, harvester-threshers (combines) and push machines. |
