Postcard
Tall-tale Postcard: Water Wagon
A convertible automobile with its top down has crashed into the back of a horse-drawn water wagon. One passenger has flown through the air and pierced the back of the water tank with his head, causing the water to spew out over the rest of the passengers. A man is perched on the seat of the water wagon and is just turning to look behind him. At the top in red is the text "Scene on the Road Near Mount Vernon, Wis." Handwritten below is "Beware of the Water Wagon." |
