Description: The lake steamer "Alice" approaches the Madison dock on Lake Monona. Two boys wearing caps stand at the end of the pier. At the time of this photograph, the Askew Brothers operated the "Alice" and three additional steamers: "Tonyawatha," "Winnequah," and "Monona A."
