Information:
Hyams and McIntyre starred as "bickering" vaudeville performers for many years before turning to the legitimate stage. Hyams appears in several farces from 1900-1915, but no record of "My Home Town Girl" being performed in New York has been located. A film with a similar title appears in 1919, but no certain link to the play can be made. Stammers, a lyricist ("Ask the Stars") and choreographer as well, died in 1921.
