Title: Catholic Bishop Open House
Description: Bishop William P. O'Connor shows off his chapel at his residence on Lake Mendota at Fox Point. The two ladies will be assisting with hospitality at an open house for more than 1,000 women of his seven-county Madison diocese. Elizabeth Teslaw (center) is president of the Madison deanery and executive vice-president of the diocesan council and is the open house chairman. Mrs. Paul Breuning is the council president.
