Title: General View of Governor Nelson Dewey's Estate
Description: Panoramic view of Governor Nelson Dewey's estate. The left image is of an old stone barn with a shed in the rear. The center image is another barn. The right side image is of the residence. The original three story stone house, Gothic style, burned about 1873. This brick house, built on the old site according to the old plan, is only two stories high with the Gothic dormers omitted. The field in the foreground extends to the Mississippi River.
