Description: Alice in Dairyland, Nancy Trewyn of rural Whitewater, welcomes Mrs. Glenn G. Hays of Ransom, Kansas, the national president of the Women's Christian Temperance Union (WCTU) to Wisconsin. Mrs. Olive B. Fisher, Wisconsin state president, from Sparta, and official hostess for the WCTU convention is seated in the center. The convention was held at the Hotel Loraine, 123 West Washington Avenue.
