Title: Proven By Test
Description: A Republican campaign placard that could be hung by a red, white and blue ribbon threaded through eyelets at the top. Portraits of Theodore Roosevelt (candidate for President) and Joseph W. Babcock (candidate for House of Representatives). Both portraits appear inside of gold foil stamped ovals with the American eagle holding olive branches above and American flags on each side. All of the text is foil stamped in gold, "Proven By Test. You are not juggling with the Government when you vote this ticket. Vote To Continue Good Times."
