Title: Foster Parents
Description: The original caption states, "Foster parents from Dane County met for a get-together sponsored by the foster home committee of the Community Welfare Council. Registering with Lee Smook, seated right, of the Lutheran Welfare society, are three foster parents, Mrs. Albert Beloungy, seated; Mrs. Herbert Milestone; and Mr. Beloungy. The Beloungys, who have five children of their own, have one foster child, and Mrs. Milestone has two deaf foster children."
