The Stemp Typewriter Company's two red and white service trucks. The company picked up and then delivered typewriters in need of repair. They also delivered new typewriters. Service to the customers was the most important thing. T.H. Achworth, salesman, can be see in the first truck.
Loaned for scanning by Andrew Stemp, grandson of Stanley Paul Stemp. Stanley Stemp owned Brewington Typewriter Company later changing the name to the Stemp Typewriter Company. At the time of this image, Stemp's store was located at 533 State Street.
