Description: Two men are standing and talking in a plaza in front of a building which has a large sign with the words: "Memphis Tennessee Shelby County" around the seal of the city of Memphis. The seal has depictions of a steamboat, cotton boll, oak tree, and wheel. One man wears a suit, tie and hat, and the other man a coat. An African-American man in a leather coat is in the background.
