NOTES
Additional Information:The F in the photo codes is for Fox Canal Survey. This structure contributes to the significance of the Broadway-Huron Street Historic District under criterion C as a fine example of a Queen Anne style double store block that has retained many of its original decorative features. The well-conserved upper story has a symmetrical fenestral scheme and wall planes with interesting textural contrasts created by the juxtaposition of the rock faced limestone sills and lintel courses with the smooth brick and the play of light and shadow created by the whimsical razed brickwork. The building's embossed tin cornice and warf roof balustrade are handsome Queen Ane features.
