lawyer, politician, b. Rural, Waupaca County. He graduated from the Univ. of Wisconsin (LL.B., 1891), and in 1892 set up a law practice in Superior. A Republican, he was city attorney of Superior (1900-1902), and state senator (1903-1910). In the senate he helped formulate the railroad rate law of 1905. Hudnall was a life member and president (1915-1916) of the Wisconsin State Bar Association. In 1917 he moved to Milwaukee where he practiced law until his death. Bull. State Bar Assoc.
