This event culminates in a wonderful sit-down, family-style meal in the lovely Wade House dining room.
This meal's theme is German menu and includes potato leek soup, sauerbraten (spiced beef roast), spaetzle (German noodles), Dutch beans/carrots, Pennsylvania style sauerkraut, apple bread and krummkake (sour cream coffee cake).
Cost: $75/person.

About the Location
Explore the horse-powered world that existed before planes, cars, and railroads at Wade House. Here the golden era of carriages lives on forever, with historic structures and a state-of-the-art museum highlighting all its wonders. The site features the stagecoach hotel built and owned by Sylvanus and Betsey Wade, the first European settlers of Greenbush. The site is also home to a blacksmith shop, sawmill, and the Wesley W.
