Visit Old World Wisconsin's new Brewhouse while enjoying refreshing beers from local Wisconsin breweries and a tasting sample of some of the brews created at Old World Wisconsin. Doors open at 4:30 p.m. After exploring the Brewhouse, you'll make your way to the Clausing Barn for a delicious five-course meal, starting at 5 p.m., including locally-sourced meats and vegetables. While you eat, enjoy a presentation on the creation of the Brewhouse and the future of the site's larger Brewing Experience.

Know Before You Go
Meals will include meat and/or seafood, however, a vegetarian option is available by self-selection during the check out process. Due to family-style seating, you may share a large table with other guests. Please note, many meal elements and all beer pairings contain gluten. The Brewhouse and Clausing Barn are ADA accessible. No outside food or beverages are allowed. The museum store will be open before the event. Restrooms are available. This event will be held rain or shine.
