Bad Place
An automobile is stuck in the mud on a rural road. The driver leans out of the window to observe a man putting material for traction under the front, left wheel. Another man can be seen hitching the two harnessed horses to the front of the car, which is covered with mud. The driver is wearing a suit and hat, the other two men are wearing work clothes. In the background is a harvested corn field behind a fence with trees in the distance. The horses stand patiently, waiting to pull the car our of the mire. Text at the top of the image reads, "Bad Place - 6 miles north of Marshall, Ill." |
