Speakers included Judge Chas Larson, Ozaukee County Historical Society Director and master of ceremonies, Raymond Sivesind, supervisor of sites and markers of the Wisconsin Historical Society, Alex Benz, president of Fraternal Flag Day Foundation, Joseph C. Hames, vice-president of the Ozaukee County Historical Society, and Mrs. Arnold H. Barr, president of the Ozaukee County Historical Society.
