| Additional Information: | This two story Mediterranean Revival style apartment building was built in 1928. The building is clad in dark tapestry brick with cast stone sills and terra cotta trim. The front door retains its original terra cotta surround but the door and sidelight are replacements. A window opening above the door also retains its terra cotta pilasters and pediment. All of the windows throughout the building appear to be modern double hung replacements, arranged in groups of two or four. Several decorative terra cotta panels are located along the top of the front elevation, and the building is capped with a flat parapet with cast stone coping. |
