Additional Information: | These structures are fine examples of early 20th century duplex residences. They offer an excellent contrast in building style variations from the same period. Dallman (Callman & Son) was the architect and Joseph Kriche was the builder for both houses. Frank Hunholz and Jos. Kriche were the owners in 1904. (A). |
