GOLD LEAF EAGLE SURMOUNTS THE 4 STORY CLOCK TOWER W/FINIALS. ROUGH CUT WALLS, HEAVY ROUND ARCH WINDOWS AND OPENINGS. LARGE MODERN MOVEMENT STYLE ADDITION ADDED TO REAR OF BUILDING IN 1969. Jail was added in 1954.
