DESIGNATIONS
NOTES
Additional Information:A transitional design with gables and tower juxtaposed, however in this instance the plan is fairly restrained. This indicates the progression from the Queen Anne to Colonial Revival. The treatment of the pediment (Palladian motif) and the decoration of the corner tower appear in a number of designs in Oshkosh (see 529 Algoma Blvd. (OS 12/4) and 621 W. Irving (OS 16/24)). These design characteristics were apparently part of the vocabulary of the architect E.E. Stevens.
