Additional Information:Frame house with a giant double story portico; the house was built in 1905-1906, but was remodeled c. 1960 and re-sided in 1972. The first owner was Edward H. Rothman (1883-1967). son of Philip Rothman. Later owners included Roy Austin, O. Floyd Nixon, Kurt Hofmeister, Mark Uebelher, Julie Lassa and John Moe, and Erika Heinen and James Trelka.
