Additional Comments
Southern Builders was the builder. 550 cars. 2025: The Greyhound Building bus terminal is a 1965 Miesian-style parking structure designed by Robert Lee Hall. It is connected to the twenty-two-story Greyhound Building office tower at the north (AHI No. 113836). The large-scale rectilinear structure is six stories high with rooftop parking. It has a brick foundation and lower level, concrete panels, a system of disciplined verticals that extend from the second level to the cornice, and a flat roof. Since the last survey date, the garage bays and stairwell storefront systems were either infilled, fenced in, or replaced, and a partial-length and fullwidth solar panel canopy was added at the rooftop in 2001.
