Other buildings on property include a dairy barn (AHI 122925), silo, four metal-clad sheds, and a garage. An 1879 plat shows the owner of this farmstead as John James. The next available plat indicates Henry James occupying the tract. The latter James maintained ownership into the 1930s. By 1944, the property was owned by John Reynolds, who held it into the 1950s. 2026 Survey Comments: Resource 122924 is the site of the former ca. 1890 John James Farmhouse. The farmhouse was demolished ca. 2022, and a ca. 1920 barn (a), a ca. 1975 outbuilding (b), a ca. 1975 barn (c), and a second ca. 1975 outbuilding (d) remain on the agricultural parcel with the non-historic-age dwelling which replaced the farmhouse. Historic aerial imagery depicts the dwelling on the parcel as late as 2020 before it no longer appears extant on the parcel by 2022 (NETR 2026). A non-historic-age dwelling with an attached garage wing was constructed on the site of the former ca. 1890 John James Farmhouse. Similarly, Resource 122925, the John James barn, appeared in historic aerial imagery of the parcel as late as 2005, however, by 2008 was no longer extant on the property.
