A LONG, NARROW SIDE-GABLED HOUSE. 2026 Survey Results: Resource 46876 is the site of a former historic-age dwelling and agricultural outbuilding that no longer remains extant on the parcel. According to the Wisconsin Historical Society (WHS 2026), most recent survey of the property in 1976, the former dwelling featured a rectangular form, side-gabled roof clad with wood shingles, with a rear wing addition along the north elevation. Other historic-age structures on the parcel that are no longer extant included a gothic-arch barn and a separate agricultural outbuilding. A historic-age enclosed entry/stairwell addition topped by a shed roof is located along the south elevation. At present, none of the historic-age buildings from the 1976 survey remain extant on the parcel. According to historic aerial imagery, the dwelling was either demolished or vacant by 1995, and the site of the dwelling had become overgrown with vegetation. A non-historic-age contemporary dwelling was constructed on the site of the former dwelling by 2008. The gothic-arch barn remained extant on the parcel as late as 2022 but was no longer extant at the time of the current survey. The agricultural outbuilding remained extant on the parcel as late as 2005 and was demolished sometime before 2008.
