THIS ONE-STORY, SIDE GABLED HOUSE FEATURES A RECTANGULAR SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A PAINTED STONE FOUNDATION, AN ALUMINUM SIDED EXTERIOR, A WOOD TRIM AND AN ASPHALT SHINGLED GABLE ROOF. A NEARLY FULL-LENGHT FRONT PORCH HAS ITS FLAT ROOF SUPPORTED BY SLIGHTLY FLAIRED, SQUARE POSTS. FILLED IN RAILINGS FURTHER ACCENT THIS OPEN DESIGNED PORCH. THE DWELLING WAS BUILT IN 1870 (SEE BIB. REF. A), WITH A ONE-STORY, SHED ROOFED ADDITION MADE TO IT SUBSEQUENTLY. THE RESIDENCE IS IN GOOD CONDITION. INDIVIDUALS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS HOUSE AND THE DATES OF THEIR ASSOCIATION INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: JOHN KINN, FROM 1871-1875, AND 1877; JOHN LYNCH, FROM 1885 TO 1915; AND JAMES WILL IN 1925. (SEE BIB.
