THIS TWO-STORY, AMERICAN FOURSQUARE HOUSE WAS BUILT IN C. 1912. (SEE BIB. REF. A). IT FEATURES A SQUARE SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A CLAPBOARD EXTERIOR, A WOOD TRIM AND AN ASPHALT SHINGLED HIP ROOF. INTERSECTING WITH THE MAIN ROOF AT THE FRONT IN THE ATTIC STORY IS A TRUNCATED, HIP ROOFED DORMER. DOUBLE WINDOWS WITH TWELVE-OVER-ONE PANES DISTINGUISH THIS DORMER. SIMILARLY DESIGNED WINDOWS ARE FOUND ON ALL LEVELS OF THE FACADE. A FULL-LENGHT FRONT PORCH IS SUPPORTED BY DECORATIVE, METAL POSTS. CORNER BOARDS, FRIEZE BOARDS, AND PROMINENT WINDOW MOLDINGS ARE OTHER ARCHITECTURAL ELEMENTS FOUND THROUGHOUT THIS STRUCTURE. THE RESIDENCE IS IN GOOD CONDITION.
