Scenes from the Farm Security Administration


The Farm Security Administration (FSA) was created in 1937 by the Department of Agriculture. Designed to assist poor farmers, the FSA enabled tenant farmers to buy farms and built modern labor camps for migrants. These images are from various FSA offices in Wisconsin.
