The back cover notes, "This menu is engraved and printed on antique art parchment courtesy Paterson Parchment Paper Co., Passaic, N. J." and "The Osbourne Company, Newark, N. J." The menu was separated from the D.C. Everest Papers, and includes a signature card with the association seal. Everest, a paper company executive, served as Vice-President of the American Paper and Pulp Association at the time of this event.
