Exterior view of Summit Avenue Co-op, 1820 Summit Avenue, University Heights neighborhood, which displays a Mediterranean architectural style in its stucco exterior, red roof tile, patios, decorative wrought iron and large wooden shutters.  Built by Alex Jordan Sr. in 1921, became Zeta Psi and Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity houses before it became the Summit Avenue Co-op.
