The bulldog is wearing a military hat and a collar that reads: "SCOTT." The whippet is wearing a hat, and a collar that reads: "JEFF" and a Confederate flag around his middle. The ribs are labeled: "WASHINGTON." The bulldog is saying: "WHY DON'T YOU TAKE IT?." Black ink on gold envelope.
