Westmorland Fourth of July Parade
Some of the 300 children who took part in the Westmorland Fourth of July Parade line up on a narrow tree-lined Westmorland Boulevard. 3,000 people took part in the day's events. A child on a wagon decorated like a horse has a sign in the front that reads: "What Happened to those Open Spaces in Westmorland." |
