Color lithograph poster. The caption running across the top is "Frank Sanger's Company supporting John F. Sheridan." The image shows Sheridan, cross-dressed as the title character, standing in a doorway holding a hatbox. Running across the bottom is the play title.

This musical farce was originally titled "Fun on the Bristol" and starred Sheridan, who had won acclaim as a female impersonator in Australia. It played first at the Bijou Theatre in October of 1892 before moving up to The Strand. Sanger eventually turned away from company managing and took up management of the Metropolitan Opera between 1900 and his death in 1904.
