Is situated at Lindwurn Station on the line of the C. & N.-W. R'y, and one and a half miles from the City Limits. The West boundary line thereof is within a stone's throw of the Station. The tracks of the M., L. S. & W. R'y and of the Dummy Line to Whitefish Bay are about half a mile from it, so that the Property can be easily reached at slight expense. All Lots are high and dry and very level, needing no Filling nor Grading. Streets will be Graded and Sidewalks laid at the expense of the Association. THE TITLE IS PERFECT.
