Food items on offer included many branded foods, hot entrees such as Armour Packing Co's. Chicken Tamale, Libby's Corned Beef Hash, or Burnham & Morrill Co's. Baked Beans (all 20 cents). The back cover of the menu has a notation in pencil: "Used on March 1, 1902 Presented to Ethel G. by Grace West."
