Archaeological Professional Self-Qualification Form
Submit this form to the State Archaeologist to request placement on the Wisconsin list of professional archaeologists. This is a list of archaeologists who have indicated interest in conducting contractual archaeological research in Wisconsin and who certify that they are qualified archaeologists under the Secretary of Interior’s professional qualification standards.
