NOTES
Additional Information:CHADBOURN WAS THE SON OF FREDERICK. The Reuben C. Chadbourn house was the home of the third generation of the Chadbourn family to build at this end of Prairie St. All three generations were bankers in Columbus. Reuben C. Chadbourn hired Rockford, Illinois, architect Jesse A. Barloga after seeing another house Barloga had designed. Appropriately enough, much of the interior of the house is the work of Alvin Ibisch, a member of the third generation of the Ibisch family to be builders in Columbus. Chadbourn's house is the largest and arguably the best Georgian Revival style house in Columbus.

The roof is clad in cedar shakes.
