| View from unpaved road of the front of the two-story general store with a group of six men standing on the stoop. One man, perhaps the proprietor, wears striped overalls, a bow tie, and leather cuffs over a button down white shirt. The other five men wears suits, hats and ties. A sign above the door reads: "Bargain Counter - Variety of 5 & 10 cent goods." Lacy curtains are in the windows flanking the entrance. Sacks and other items are piled near the open door. An advertisement for shoes in the window on the near right. |
