Robert Doyle with His Gear

Robert Doyle with His Gear | Photograph | Wisconsin Historical Society
Robert Doyle poses outdoors with his gear, helmet and boots. He is standing in a field, with a tree on the left and woods in the background. A piece of sheet metal is on the ground on the right. Judging by the scrapbook kept by Doyle's mother, the location is probably "somewhere in New Guinea," (present day Papua New Guinea).
