Not Street Legal

Milwaukee police Sergeant Edward Daily explains to Leland Bryan that his Roadable Aircraft, a combination airplane and automobile, may not be driven on Milwaukee's streets. A crowd watches from a nearby window and others gather on the sidewalk to see the unusual vehicle parked in front of the Milwaukee Journal building at 333 W. State Street. |
