| Dane County foster parents are honored during the statewide observance of Foster Parents' Week. Approximately 200 foster parents attend the meeting held in the Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church basement. Shown (left to right) are Mrs. Paull Breuning, member of the planning committee; Lt.
