The interior of the menu notes (in French) that this is the only authorized menu adopted by the union of hoteliers in the Rhone Valley, and that a new series of menus will be available in the summer of 1908 from Helvetica, Grand'Rue 64, Montreux. Also included are ads for Evian table water, wines from Valais, perfume, and dessert wafers.
