Cows On Ice
| While en route from Oregon prison farm to Oscar Mayer and Co., three cows were frightened by an ambulance siren on the 700 block of West Washington Avenue and broke out of their truck, escaping to the water-covered ice on Monona Bay along West Shore Drive. A cow gallops through the foreground, followed in the distance by three men on the ice. |
