Nelson Cruikshank, Rosalynn Carter and an unidentified man are meeting in a room with red furniture.<p>Nelson Cruikshank worked for the Carter Administration from 1977 through 1980, when he left to head education and research with Wilbur Cohen's Save Our Security organization. As chairman of the Federal Council on Aging, he led efforts to secure and expand social security benefits for the elderly and for people with disabilities.
