Heinie's Beer Bottle Display

Display of a glass of beer, and a bottle of Heinie's Old Lager Beer bottle, and a bottle of Heinie's Strong Beer. There are cigarettes in an ashtray, flowers in a vase, a copy of Esquire magazine, and a framed "Proclamation." From 1936 to 1939, Heinie's Beer was brewed in Hillsboro as the Hutter Brewing Company, the owner of Hillsboro Brewery, had leased out the brewery to George Heinrich. In 1939, the brewery closed, reopened, and began to produce Hillsboro Pale beer once again. |
