Larsons' Barnstormer's Contract
"No flight, no pay." The informal contract between J.A. Smith of Neenah and Roy Larson of Larsen, Wisconsin. Roy Larson established a rural airport in Larsen in 1922 with two airplanes. To make a living, he and his brothers also flew exhibitions in neighboring counties. This letter is part of the Larson Brothers collection housed at the Historical Society's area research center at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. |
