Original caption reads: "Photograph MW-441-- A fire-fighting adaptation of the Scout by International has been placed in service by Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for use at the state airport serving York and Harrisburg, Pa. Col. Thomas Edward Gurnett (right), manager of state owned airports, watches as International Salesman Ned Pantelich demonstrates the all-wheel drive model's locking hub feature. The hose under discussion at the rear of the Scout is connected to a cylinder in the vehicle's bed that contains 300 lbs. of potassium bicarbonate, a dry chemical fire extinguisher. MT-2677.
