From Jim Allen: "1976 Traveler with feather applique.The long wheelbase (118 inches) Traveler debuted for the 1976 model year along with a number of fresh appliques, including one that was called the feather applique as shown here. It's on a Winter White Traveler with a Midnight Brown top (white or brown were no-coast options), a roof rack, the radial tire package (radial tires on chrome Rallye wheels). It also has the optional towing mirror kit, which could indicate it has the Class II tow package."
