EAA's Paul Poberezny

Paul H. Poberezny, founder and former president of the Experimental Aviation Association and the winner of numerous aviation awards and titles. Poberezny and 40 other aviation enthusiasts founded the EAA in 1953 in Milwaukee, but it was largely Poberezny who made the EAA into an international organization that encompassed all areas of sport aviation. Poberezny was succeeded as head of the organization by his son Tom. |
