Wisconsin Quadrangle Maps
This quadrangle collection of maps, meaning geological surveys, shows sections of central and northern Wisconsin. The maps include a quadrangle index map. There are a total of 16 maps created between 1936 and 1940. Map 38, 50, 51, 54, 55, 62, 66, 67, 68, and 73 read:"Compiled by the Map Section, Forest Protection Headquarters." Map 53 reads: "Compiled from aerial pictures by the Map Section." Map 63, 77, and 78 read: "Drawn from aerial pictures & U.S.G.S. quadrangles by the Map Section." Map 64 and 76 read: "Compiled from aerial pictures & U.S.G.S. quadrangles by the Map Section." |
